Successfully led the disposition of single tenant office assets valued at $2.6 billion. Dispositions have included single-asset and portfolio sales in 23 states totaling 10 million square feet.

Successfully led nearly $1.8 billion of drugstore dispositions in 42 states totaling 365 assets sold. Disposition assignments have included single asset and portfolio sales of the largest credits in the industry.

Led dispositions of long-term leased ground underlying a variety of asset classes totaling $354 million of value. Disposition assignments have included single-asset and portfolio sales ranging in value from the ground underlying central business district high-rises to rural retail stores.

Successfully completed $140 million of restaurant dispositions in 19 different states. Disposition assignments have included single asset and portfolio sales totaling 363,000 square feet.
