Ben joined Thomas Company in August 2019. As Associate Director, Ben’s primary role consists of sourcing new business opportunities and representing developers, owners, and investors.

Jeffrey has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1992. He has completed more than $6.9 billion in investment transactions, representing over 818 triple net lease properties sold.

Grant joined Thomas Company in June 2022 as an analyst. Prior to Thomas Company, Grant spent two years as an associate at a private equity consulting firm where he was involved in the finance and accounting sides of the business.

Brian Steck is a Director at Thomas Company with deep expertise from institutional private equity, development, and REIT asset management. He handles deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management & disposition strategies.

Parker joined Thomas Company in June 2025 as an analyst. He contributes across underwriting, market research, and transaction support, bringing financial expertise and fresh perspective to the team.

John joined Thomas Company in 2023, bringing over two decades of comprehensive commercial real estate expertise across the entire debt and equity capital stack, both as a principal and agent.
